Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 8-14 business days (USA, Canada, UK)/ 10-25 business days (Europe and other countries) for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 3-5 business days.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above $75.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Shipping and Delivery
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 3-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 1-3 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

Return
Our Return policy lasts 30 days since the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
Delayed delivery
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control (i.e. weather conditions, strikes, busy times such as holiday season, customs...). Delivery times are not guaranteed and are benchmarks according to the delivery providers in order for the customer to make a judgment as to which service may be most appropriate to them. Catmega will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.
