Returns and Refunds

 

OUR 30-DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product does not match the description, or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that any issues are resolved.

  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct item or refund your payment in full.
  • For defective, damaged products, or items broken during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you reach out after this 48-hour period, we will consider the damage as buyer-induced and will be unable to issue a refund. To initiate a return for damaged items, please email photos or videos to support@catmega.com, and we will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any other form of abuse of the purchased product.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Product Condition: Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Return Request: To return a product, email us at support@catmega.com with details of your return request and the reason for returning the item.

  3. Free Return Label: We will email you a free return label within approximately 3-5 business days.

  4. Shipping Timeframe: Once you receive the label, you will have 5 days to ship the package. If the package is not shipped within this period, your return request will be considered canceled, and no further return requests for this item will be accepted.

  5. Refund Processing: Once the package arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within about 5 business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation of the refund after this time, please contact us at support@catmega.com, and we will assist you with any issues regarding your refund.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at support@catmega.com.


Sale/Promotion Items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Order Cancellation Policy

You may easily cancel your order after making a purchase. Simply send a cancellation request to our customer support email at support@catmega.com.

Please note: Once the package has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel the order and receive a refund. In this case, we recommend waiting for the package to arrive and then returning it for a full refund.


Invalid Reasons for Return

We cannot honor returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items: Please ensure that you want to purchase the items before submitting an order. Once an order is submitted, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase all items in that order.

  • Buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere: Be confident in your purchase decision before submitting an order, as you are legally bound to complete the transaction at the listed price.
